Stuffed mushrooms are perfect for a variety of occasions, from cocktail parties and holiday gatherings to game day spreads, daily dinners, and potlucks.
Ingredients:
12oz pack DJ’s Boudain Smoked Boudain
16oz pack Whole White Mushrooms, Cleaned
8oz Whipped Cream Cheese
1 cup Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, Cajun Seasoning to taste
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Carefully remove stems from mushrooms.

In a large bowl, toss mushroom caps in olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine DJ’s Boudain (casings removed), cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Use a cookie scoop to fill each mushroom cap with the mixture. Arrange in a baking dish in a single layer.

Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

For a golden top, remove the foil for an additional 10 minutes of baking.
