Ingredients:
- 1 package DJ's Boudain Fancy Rice Dressing
- 2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined) or crawfish tails (when in season)
- ½ stick butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- Ritz crackers (for serving)

Prepare the Rice Dressing:
Heat up your DJ's Boudain Fancy Rice Dressing in a skillet until warmed through. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. -
Cook the Shrimp (or Crawfish):
In the same skillet, melt ½ stick of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shrimp (or crawfish tails). Cook for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked. If using shrimp, dice into small pieces. Add to the mixing bowl with the rice dressing. -
Mix Ingredients:
Add the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the bowl. Mix everything together until evenly combined. -
