Ingredients:
- 3lb DJ’s Boudain Party Pack
- 12 Cheese Sticks (Double Pepper Monterey Jack or Sharp Cheddar)
- 2 12oz Packs (24 strips) of Bacon (Applewood or Hickory)
Tools:
- Toothpicks
- Knife
- Tongs
- Microwave
- Grill
Directions:
- Score one side of boudain casing. DO NOT cut through both side of casing.
- Make a well and place cheese stick inside.
- Wrap in 2-3 pieces of bacon per link. Place in microwavable dish.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Grill with indirect heat for 10-15 mins, flipping as needed.
- Serve warm.
