DJ's Boudain Burgers

Ingredients:
DJ's Boudain Links
Hamburger Buns
Sliced Cheese
Fixins (Lettuce, tomatoes, purple onion, pickles, mayo, mustard, etc!)

Directions:

  1. Remove casing and discard.
  2. Form party. *We recommend using a patty shaper for this but you can use your hands!
  3. Cook patties on Medium-High heat until brown. Flip patties and repeat. Add cheese and let melt.
  4. Remove patties from pan and add buttered hamburger buns until toasted. Flip buns and repeat.
  5. Assemble burgers with all the fixings and enjoy!


Note:
1/2 link = 1 Regular-sized hamburger bun
Full link = 1 Texas-sized hamburger bun
