DJ's Smoked Boudain Queso

12 oz DJ's Original Boudain (2 links)
12 oz DJ's Jalapeño Boudain (2 links)
16 oz Mexican Velveeta
8 oz Jalapeño Velveeta
8 oz Queso Blanca Velveeta
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes

1. Cut all cheese into cubes and break boudain links into 1-inch pieces. Add all ingredients to a heavy-duty disposable aluminum pan.
2. Place on smoker at 200°F for 1 hour. Stir well. Smoke for another hour or until smoke flavor and desired consistency is achieved.
3. Remove from smoker and add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until your desired consistency is reached.
