DJ's Smoked Boudain Queso

Ingredients:
32 oz DJ's Boudain Fancy Rice Dressing OR 3 12 oz DJ's Original Boudain (3 links)
12 oz DJ's Jalapeño Boudain (2 links)
16 oz Mexican Velveeta®
16 oz Queso Blanca Velveeta®
8 oz Cream Cheese
10 oz can Ro-tel® Tomatoes
4 oz Diced Green Chilies (Mild or Hot)

Directions:
1. Cut all cheese into cubes and break boudain into 1-inch pieces (if using links) or 1/2 inch slices (if using Rice Dressing). Add all ingredients to a heavy-duty disposable aluminum pan.
2. Place on smoker at 200°F for 1 hour. Stir well. Smoke for another hour or until smoke flavor and desired consistency is achieved.
3. Remove from smoker and add 1/4-1 cup milk until your desired consistency is reached.

Serve with tortilla, corn chips, etc. Add some to your burger, taco, fajita, nachos, and more!
