Recipes — Bacon Wrapped

Ingredients: 3lb DJ’s Boudain Party Pack 12 Cheese Sticks (Double Pepper Monterey Jack or Sharp Cheddar) 2 12oz Packs (24 strips) of Bacon (Applewood or Hickory) Tools: Toothpicks Knife Tongs Microwave Grill Directions: Score one side of boudain casing. DO NOT cut through both side of casing. Make a well and place cheese stick inside. Wrap in 2-3 pieces of bacon per link. Place in microwavable dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Grill with indirect heat for 10-15 mins, flipping as needed. Serve warm.
